19. Auto-scroll

E-XD++ has a feature called auto-scroll which makes editing easier. Canvas can scroll automatically when in the following editing status:

1. When mouse moves to canvas's boundary while dragging a shape from toolbox to canvas.

2. When mouse moves to canvas's boundary while drawing a shape.

3. When mouse moves to canvas's boundary while moving, extending, rotating, editing a vertex of a polygon.
